Pixel Pancho’s Retro, Yet Futuristic Murals

There are few muralists that can make use of space quite like Italian artist Pixel Pancho. Pixel Pancho decorates the walls of buildings with a cast of whimsical characters, using earthy tones and gritty detail to give them a steampunk-like balance of futuristic and old timey. Some of his most recognizable subjects are the colossal robots he paints in various stages of disrepair. His renderings often capture the rusting giants sitting or lying down with a weight that makes it seem as if they were decaying right in front of you. If that weren’t enough to convey their size, Pixel Pancho also brings his fantastic characters to life in the form of metal sculptures.
