David Choe and James Jean Studio Visit – Part One

by Ken HarmanPosted on

Hi-Fructose swung by the warehouse studio shared by David Choe and James Jean as David was putting the finishing touches on his upcoming “Nothing to Declare” show, opening tomorrow in Beverly Hills. The massive 30,000 square foot space serves as the perfect place to paint, race, and make music. While there we got the chance to check out David finish up his final piece for the show, saw a sneak peek of an upcoming vinyl figure, and caught an impromptu jam session between David (drums) and James (keyboard). Keep an eye on Hi-Fructose in the coming week as we’ll be giving you a look into James Jean’s half of the studio as well as his latest body of work. Part One of our pictorial studio visit below.
