DALeast’s New Murals in Los Angeles and Rochester

Based in South Africa, street artist DALEast has been making appearances on both coasts of the US recently with new mural projects in Los Angeles and Rochester. DALEast's work has a kinetic feel. Composed of interwoven ribbons that resemble tangled film from a broken cassette, the figures in his murals pulse with motion and energy. The ribbon-like lines radiate from their bodies like streaks of light. Take a look at photos of DAL's new murals in Rochester and L.A. by Mark Deff after the jump.
