Preview: “Kindred” Group Show at Bold Hype Gallery

Tonight, New York's Bold Hype Gallery will debut a group show curated by Hi-Fructose contributor Nathan Spoor titled "Kindred." For the show, Amy Sol (HF Vol. 5 cover artist), Luke Chueh (HF Vol. 24), James Reka (HF Vol. 17), Charlie Immer (HF Vol. 11), Mark Garro, Hsiao-Ron Cheng and many more rendered their interpretations of the concept "kindred" on 12 in. x 12 in. canvases. United by their bounary-pushing aesthetics, these artists are kindred spirits in their creativity. Due to the size constrains for this show, the participating artists were challenged to narrow down their respective styles to their essentials.
