Partners in art and in life, L.A.-based duo Kozyndan (Hi-Fructose Vol. 22) show their fervent love for animals in their playful, often surreal artworks. On November 16, the artists will open a solo show at Toronto’s Narwhal Projects titled “Breaking Circles, Broken Light.” A visual tribute to endangered species, the new body of work offers glimmers of hope as it examines the victims of ecosystems facing destruction. Glowing strands of rainbow light pervade the arrangements of animals, framing the naturalistic imagery in design-oriented compositions. Take a look at some of the works in the show courtesy of Narwhal Projects.
