Angry Woebots’ ‘Gruesome Smiles’

Hi-Fructose fave Aaron Martin (aka Angry Woebots) and his Army of Snipers have descended on the Washington DC area to bring his angry pandas to Art Whino. We last saw Aaron at the San Diego Comic Con (see our coverage here) in 2010 and are excited to see a new body of work from the Hawaiian-born artist. For 'Gruesome Smiles' Woebots has created a stunning large scale mural, brought an interesting collaboration with Luke Chueh as well as new custom vinyl figures and prints. The pandas, typically portrayed as docile and peaceful creatures, continue on their rampage of gruesome mayhem until August 15th, get a look at some opening night photos after the jump.
