Behind the Scenes with Tara McPherson

Fan favorite Tara McPherson will be opening her latest solo show later tonight (Saturday, October 23rd) at the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in her hometown of NYC. Inspired by her recent promotional world tour for the Lost Constellations book, "Bunny on the Moon" delves deep into worldwide folklore as evidenced by the show's title - a reference to the Asian legend of the rabbit pounding away on his mortar and pestle on the moon's surface. Get an exclusive behind the scenes look into Tara's studio as she creates, and expect a full offering of paintings, prints and the debut of new soft sculptures later tonight.
