Eyvind Earle is known for developing background illustration and styling for the most beloved Disney films of the 1950s, from “Sleeping Beauty” and “Peter Pan” to “Lady and the Tramp.” An exhibition at the Walt Disney Family Museum, "Awaking Beauty: The Art of Eyvind Earle," collects 250 works, including concept paintings, illustrations, his fine art work, and much more. The exhibition runs through Jan. 8.
