Mark Brown at Gallery 1988 SF

As we mentioned earlier in the week on the brand spanking new and official Hi-Fructose Facebook Page (shameless plug, sorry!), Pop-Surrealist extraordinaire Mark Brown will be opening his latest solo show, "Daydreams" at Gallery 1988SF later tonight (Friday, June 18th 2010). A longtime 1988LA contributor, "Daydreams" marks Mark's first showing at the gallery's San Francisco location, a momentous occasion that artist has arrived more than prepared for. With a variety of new paintings, sketches, and a new print, Brown looks to expand on his ever growing repertoire of Candy Monsters and phantasmagorical parties. Hi-Fructose swung by the gallery yesterday to get a peek inside Brown's dreams as the artist prepares for his SF debut.
