The themed exhibition features a wide collection of “unearthed specimens” and macabre oddities, rendered in a variety of mediums. Such creations include the intricate animal sculptures of Jessica Joslin, made of bone, brass, and antique hardware; Adipocere’s occult embroidery on natural linens; and the anatomical paper sculptures of Sinan Soykut.

Taking inspiration from both the natural world and the fantastic, many pieces delve into the realm of the surreal, such as Stephanie Metz’s “scientific” renderings of felted teddy bears and Mahlimae’s strange and mysterious art dolls.
