Preview: Kozyndan’s “End of Summer Never Ends” at Giant Robot 2

This coming weekend, art and design duo Kozyndan are opening their solo show "End of Summer Never Ends" at LA's Giant Robot 2 —perhaps an ode to their home city of Los Angeles with its enviably-nice weather. It has been years since the artists have exhibited in LA, so the exhibition marks a homecoming from their world travels (recently, they did a touring solo show in several Australian cities). Much of Kozyndan's past work has been focused on animals, especially marine life, but this series of paintings, digital artworks and sculptures examines the humans who wade and frolic on the seashore. The artists have invited Leah Chun to participate in the show as a collaborator and guest artist. Take a look at some of the work in the show after the jump and see the exhibition September 7 through 25.
