Influenced by Op Art, Italian artist Danilo Martinis creates painstakingly-rendered oil paintings that look as if they could have been rendered by CGI software. Martinis swathes female figures — wrapped up in fetal positions or contorted in pretzel-like yoga poses — in rectilinear patterns.
