JennyBird Alcantara Book Signing and Pop-up Show Tonight

Following her successful solo show at Varnish Fine Art last summer in San Francisco, JennyBird Alcantara (Hi-Fructose Vol. 14 featured artist) will be releasing a new book of the same name titled Creatures of a Saintly Disguise. The 48-page volume offers a glimpse into the fantastical, otherworldly flora and fauna of Alcantara's imagination. The gallery's first ever publication, the limited edition catalogue will be released tonight at Varnish, accompanied by a party, book signing and pop-up art show featuring a selection Alcantara's original paintings. During the event, three original drawings by Alcantara will also be raffled off to the guests.
