Working primarily with fiberglass resin, bronze and beads, London-based sculptor Kevin Francis Gray creates elegant artworks that hint at the occult. The mysterious beings Gray sculpts appear obscured, their heads bowed, inviting in various associations that leave their true identities shrouded in mystery. We begin to wonder whether these figures are humans or spirits from the unknown. Gray’s sculpting style is highly refined, and these figures appear haunting with their strangely life-like presence.
