Stefano Bonazzi’s Otherworldly Digital Visions

Italian artist Stefano Bonazzi creates otherworldly visions with his digital photography, manipulating images to construct surreal scenes with psychological depth. Interested in the concept of fear, Bonazzi invents characters that become one with objects. Flowers, televisions and various other objects act as masks to hide behind from the world. The work is imbued with a sense of voyeurism as we stumble upon these figures in states of solitude — they hide in dimly lit spaces as if to protect their brittle, fragile skins and psyches. Take a look at some Bonazzi's works after the jump.
