In Irish artist Chloe Early‘s paintings, delicately rendered figures melt into dripping streams of color, blending figuration and abstraction in her multi-layered works. Often working on metal surfaces, Early uses a pastel color palette with neon accents that endow her work with a sense of lightness. Early has a solo show at Corey Helford Gallery opening on November 10 titled “Rainbow Ruins.” Natural growths permeate civilization in this new body of work, telling a story of nature fighting back against human expansion.
