“Bad Dads” Opening Night at Spoke Art

by Nastia VoynovskayaPosted on

Last week, passersby were perplexed as mobs of bearded people in red beanies and fox-eared individuals flocked to San Francisco’s Spoke Art for a two-day opening weekend of “Bad Dads.” An art show tribute to the films of Wes Anderson, the opening-turned-costume-party drew huge crowds and featured original paintings and prints by up-and-coming and established artists (including some we’ve featured in print and online like Tatiana Suarez, Tim Doyle and Andy Kehoe). The exhibition is on view until November 24. Take a look at some opening night photos by Shaun Roberts and Colin M Day after the jump.
