Mari Inukai and Friends’ “20 Pieces of Dreams” at Giant Robot 2

Last week, Giant Robot 2 in Los Angeles opened the group show, "20 Pieces of Dreams," featuring the work of Mari Inukai, Sena Inukai, Amy Sol, Audrey Kawasaki (our current issue's cover artist), Edwin Ushiro, Elizabeth Ito, Fumi Omori, Katsuya Terada, Kent Williams, Sean Chao, Stella Im Hultberg, Tessar Lo and Yoskay Yamamoto. Curated by Mari Inukai, whose surreal paintings captivate with a naive charm, the exhibition showcased a collection of artworks with an emphasis on dreaming, fantasies and coming of age.
