Troy Coulterman’s unique sculptures are created from a variety of materials including painted resin, steel, and pvc foam board. His figures represent the deleterious effects our contemporary, fast passed society has on ordinary individuals. These mundane moments of absurdity found in everyday experiences are reflected in his sculptures as extreme expressions of confusion and anxiety. Coulterman just received his Masters degree in sculpture from the University of Regina, Saskatchewan. “All of my work starts from similar confusing happenings that we may experience in one way or another. In my sculptures I embrace these experiences.” -Troy Coulterman
