To raise awareness for the plight of sharks and the Earth’s underwater ecosystems because of unchecked fishing practices, the Tokyo-based non-profit organization PangeaSeed is kicking off a month-long art tour beginning at Roq la Rue Gallery in Seattle on July 13. The huge group show “The Great West Coast Migration” will make its way down the West Coast stopping at various galleries, and the stellar roster of artists will undoubtedly draw big crowds for this noble cause.
The line-up includes over 100 internationally-known artists, and many of our favorites that have been featured in print and online — like Kelly Allen, Dave Kinsey, Brett Amory, Sylvia Ji, Greg Simkins and Scott Hove, to name a few — will have work in the show. For a complete list of the participating artists check the PangeaSeed website.
