Bayo’s “Inside-Out” at C.A.V.E. Gallery

by JL SchnabelPosted on

Recently opened at C.A.V.E Gallery is an exhibition of new works, ‘Inside-Out’ from artist Bayo (who we introduced to the site last year here.) Following his signature mono-chromatic color palette with the introduction of slight pops of muter color, the figurative works focus on characters exploring their identity and how they relate to others, including bestial figures. Whether depicted as addressing wounds, engaging in affection with others or splitting apart into multiples, the intriguing works focus on the complex range of the human experience.
