Recently NYC’s Joshua Liner Gallery opened an impressive group exhibit ‘Resolve’, curated by artist Tony Curanaj, the first in an annual series of artist curated exhbits. Featuring work by 25 emerging and established artists such as Kris Lewis (Vol 21 ), Steven Assael and Kris Kuksi (Vol 19), with an emphasis on classic inspiration or technique. Exploring themes of identity, myth, and the beauty of quietly captured moments, the exhibit is successful in joining together a talented group of artists working with antiquated techniques or symbols in our modern times.
