The Tenderloin Arts and Artists 2012 Calendar

Later this evening, Thursday, November 17th, the Tenderloin neighborhood in San Francisco will be celebrating it's vibrant art community with the release of the 2012 Tenderloin Arts and Artists Calendar. Long known as a hotbed for San Francisco's emerging artists scene, the microcosm boasts an impressive roster of local talent including Jessica Hess, D Young V, Megan Wolfe, Robert Bowen, Chad Hasegawa, Daryll Peirce, Jason Vivona, Akira Beard and Helen Bayly to name a few, all who's studios have been meticulously documented by TL photographers Shaun Roberts and Alisha Harada. To celebrate the calendar's debut, The Loin will be throwing a party at the Public Barber Salon this evening, get a look inside the calendar and four of these artists studios, here on Hi-Fructose.
