Tennessee-based artist Regan Rosburg’s opaque and lush environments are crafted with thick layers of resin, giving the impression of viewing a scene through the early morning mist. The natural materials layered throughout her works add a compelling depth and realism to her already haunting landscapes. For her latest body of work, ‘The Understory’, Rosburg explores the undergrowth of her new forest home in Tennessee providing a hazy romantic lens of her surroundings where upon a closer look, the details sometimes suggest otherwise.
