‘Intuition Kitched Wares’ by Mike Leavitt

Hi-Fructose fave Mike Leavitt, who's great articulated R. Crumb sculpture we featured here on the site last year, has a special treat coming up this weekend just for his hometown of Seattle. On Thursday, July 7th, Leavitt will present 'Intuition Kitchen Wares', an exhibition of his broad range of styles including his wedding cake toppers, Real Life Monopoly and cardboard sneakers to name a few. Even more excitingly, Leavitt will also be debuting his latest creation, a bear and gun porcelain flower vase made in conjunction with Moscow's Klimenkoff Studio. The artist has shows lined up for NYC and Moscow later this year, so stay tuned to Hi-Fructose for updates when they happen, and check out some of the works that will be on display this weekend at Far4 after the jump.
