Much like his gruesome paintings, artist Buddy Nestor has curated an epic group show, ‘Speaking In Tongues’ opening tonight, June 3rd, at Philly’s Black Vulture Gallery. With a reference to the tower of Babel where a singular language was confounded into many, the works all speak with a singular bizarre darkness, and yet, each speaks with the distinct visual language of the 60+ featured artists, such as Charlie Immer (Vol. 11), Ewelina Ferruso and Jason Levesque amongst many others.
