Opening this month on April 28 at Dorothy Circus Gallery in Rome, is the 2 person show, ‘The Magic Caravan’, featuring new works by Naoto Hattori and Mark Elliott. Joined beneath the image of a magical caravan of visceral and ephemeral delights, each artist explores the curious the theme of a traveling circus in their separate bodies of work. Hattori showcases his signature twisting of landscape and body within his surreal settings while Elliott displays a delicate magic infused nostalgia within his quiet portraits.
