Los Angeles cornerstone gallery Thinkspace is currently exhibiting up the coast to Portland’s Together Gallery for “LAX/PDX”, a massive group showing featuring the best and brightest of the new contemporary scene and the gallery’s roster. With an installation by Dabs/Myla and works by Ana Bagayan, Brett Amory, Brian M. Viveros, Chet Zar, Esao Andrews, Fernando Chamarelli, Ferris Plock, Fumi Nakamura, Kelly Vivanco, Kelly Allen (who’s featured in the next issue of Hi-Fructose!), Lindsey Carr, Sarah Joncas, Stella Im Hultberg, and many, many more, “LAX/PDX” is a good signifier that the Portland art scene is alive, well, and most definitely something to keep an eye on.
