“Leaky Refuge”
Following her reworking of Alice in Wonderland last year, Camille Rose Garcia (HF Vol. 8 cover artist) tackles yet another classic fable with her own colorful, expressive and macabre style. Opening at Michael Kohn Gallery on March 12th, Garcia’s ‘Snow White and the Black Lagoon’ is a modern day take on the familiar Grimms Brothers fairy tale, albeit with an allegorical and environmentalist twist.
