James Jean’s Lotus War

Looks like James Jean (HF Vol. 15 cover artist) has been experimenting on a new series, "The Lotus War". There's not much we can tell you at this point other than the piece's medium (graphite and digital) and that it's of a varying size. Jean's work has graced both wallpaper and fabric in the past, and we do know he has a series of editioned silk scarves appearing in his upcoming solo show at Martha Otero in March. More info on the show as we get closer to its opening, in the meantime check out the remaining images from "The Lotus War" after the jump.
