Cayetano Ferrer’s Transparent Interventions

Chicago based artist Cayetano Ferrer utilizes unique situational perspective and inkjet prints to create seemingly transparent objects in the physical world. Dating back several years, Ferrer’s urban interventions range from his City of Chicago street sign campaign (2004-2006), his Western Imports discarded boxes (2007-2008) and his more recent large scale light and video installations such as this year’s The Great Unconformity (here).
