Deftly curated by Chicago based artist Ryan Travis Christian, whom we last saw at Guerrero Gallery, the three part Power of Selection series focuses on finding emerging, and occasionally established, talent throughout the United States, giving the chosen artists a platform for expression, namely Chicago’s Western Exhibitions. For Parts One and Two, Christian focused on the works of West and East Coast artists respectively and with the third installment currently now on view, the artist has taken a salon style approach in an exhibit focusing on an extensive and nationwide roster.
