Since we last saw Will Barras at FIFTY24SF a year or so ago, the UK-based artist has been on a roll with group showings in New York and London as well as multimedia installations and performances throughout Europe. In between all the globe hopping, Barras has managed to find the time to work on a new series, entitled “Bad Reception”. The works, seemingly either fast paced and frantic or meditative and morose, recontextualize the urban experience in Barras’ fluid and colorful motion. “Bad Reception” closes in just a few days at StolenSpace in London, if you can’t make it, then view a few of the works from the show below.
