Oakland Museum of California: Grand Reopening

To celebrate the grand reopening of the Oakland Museum of California, Hi Fructose swung by the OMCA in the midst of their 31 hour long public unveiling. While there we caught a live performance by skater/poet legend Tommy Guerrero (pictured above), got a closer look at the new Barry McGee mural, sat in for round table discussion with Last Gasp’s Ron Turner, and caught a guided tour of the art gallery by Oakland’s own Soft Rock Choir.
