David Bray's world is one of fantasy. His drawings, immensely detailed scenes of the erotic and enigmatic nature, are extensions of this world. Immediately grabbing the attention of the viewer, one becomes part of the beauty and emotion so carefully constructed by Bray. The work holds a great deal of history within it as well with clear influences of artists such as Klimt or Elvgren, Bray taking what he knows and making it something purely his. Bray's next show "Great Disasters of the 20th Century" will be opening at StolenSpace Gallery in London on February 4th. Hi-Fructose correspondent Zach Tutor checks in below.
