Hi-Fructose is a QUARTERLY magazine. Subscriptions begin with the current issue unless otherwise shown on our online subscription page at the time of purchase. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery from time of order. If it is a pre-order please allow 2-4 weeks from time of the issue release date. [PLEASE NOTE: SUBSCRIPTIONS CURRENTLY BEGIN WITH VOL.23 DUE OUT IN APRIL. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR FIRST MAGAZINE UNTIL APRIL. International subscriptions, please allow 6 to 10 weeks.

If you moved without telling us in time for your next issue to be mailed, we can’t be responsible. Once your address is properly updated, your magazines will begin arriving at your new and correct address. Address updates must be made with us (not just the post office). The U.S. P.S. does not forward the magazine.
