CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM
Please Note:
Address updates must be made with us (not just the post office) by May 26th in order for the next issue (Vol.16) in your subscription to be mailed to your new address. Updates made after May 26th will not be effective until the next issue (Vol.17) is due out in October.
If you changed your address after May 26th, your magazine will be sent to the address on file ON May 27th. We have no control over what happens to the magazine once it has been shipped including what happens when it reaches the intended destination, failed mail forwarding, neighbors not giving you miss directed mail or any number of things that could fail.
If the error is ours we will, and always have taken responsibility for them. |
