Public art has historically been used as a vehicle for social change. Staying true to this tradition, ATG Collective (which stands for Ahead’a the Game) has been painting eyes and positive messages on London’s skylines since 2010, utilizing the available space of the urban landscape to inspire their fellow citizens to take control of their surroundings and make their voices heard in their community. On August 3, Stolen Space Gallery in London will debut the show “Eye in the Sky,” which will include photos and screen prints from the ongoing street art project. In addition, ATG Collective will be releasing a hand-bound book with a screen-printed cover at the opening. Take a look at some of the screen prints from the show.
