Behind the Scenes with Kirsty Whiten

Since first interviewing artist Kirsty Whiten earlier this year (seen here), we've been eagerly anticipating her upcoming show at Stolen Space in London. Entitled 'Feral Family - Mammalian Pastoral' this new body of work centers around a quasi-post apocalyptic world where nurture and nature meet for a band of people. Directly inspired by the recent additions to the Whiten household, this introspective series utilizes self portraits as Whiten explores her relationship to family, friends and the world around her. Get an exclusive glimpse into her studio here on Hi-Fructose.
