Andy Warhol’s Camouflage at Honor Fraser

by Ken HarmanPosted on

Hi-Fructose correspondent Brandon Shigeta recently visited Honor Fraser gallery in Los Angeles to check out the latest major gallery retrospective of the late Andy Warhol. Entitled “Camouflage”, the body of work represents the first time in over a decade in which the later career series has been comprehensively shown on the west coast. Only once, in 1986, was a camouflage painting shown while the artist was still alive, making this a rather special showing of Warhol’s non-commissioned abstract works.
