Weekend Reading: Mark Ryden’s Snow Yak Show

Following the Mark Ryden signing at SFMOMA a couple weeks back, Hi-Fructose sits down this weekend to take an in-depth look at Ryden's latest. Featuring the works from the 2009 solo exhibition at the Tomio Koyama Gallery in Tokyo, Japan, "Snow Yak Show" provides a comprehensive look into Ryden's zen-inspired body of work, sketches, and even Kirsten Anderson's essay on the show which first appeared in Hi-Fructose Vol. 11.

Our good friends over at Last Gasp Press have some great bundle deals available on this book, as well as other Ryden publications, check it out here.
